Our Guarantee

All laboratory made restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and onlays are guaranteed from mechanical failure for 5 years provided the following conditions are met:

• You attend 2 dental examinations per year
• You attend 4 hygiene sessions for the first year,after that as advised by our Hygienist
• The dental restorations have not been damaged by trauma, additional dental disease, gum or bone disease
• You follow the maintenance programme as advised at the time of treatment such as wearing a night guard if you grind your teeth
• There is no outstanding balance on the account

Dental implants carry a 10 year guarantee from mechanical failure with the same conditions as above, with the exception that we require you to attend a dental examination to check the implants initially every 3 months for the first year and then twice yearly or as advised.

Please note, the crowns, bridges or dentures supported by the implants are covered by the 5 year guarantee.

We also guarantee continuity of care. Dr Patel is committed to personal dental care and he strongly believes in developing relationships with his patients which ensures the highest quality of care to each individual.
